When I suggested he try this product, I never imagined it would eliminate his panic attacks. However, it did. It's been about 6 months (and he is about twice as stressed at work nowadays), but he hasn't had a panic attack since starting this product, and his overall anxiety is way down. He's also less cranky;). No idea if this will help other people with panic attacks, but thought I'd pass it along as it has changed his life. He initially started on the 1mg dose, and has titrated up to 5mg.
