I recently tore my median meniscus, and I was very fortunate it was a very minor injury. I'm very glad I purchased this knee brace! I purchased a real cheap $5 knee brace from a local general store, and the thing fell apart after 4 days after cutting my lawn once while wearing it. Since my knee was still bothering me I decided to invest a few more bucks as obviously your knees are pretty important in ones daily life. That's when I came across NEENCA brand knee brace. The price was right, the reviews were good, I liked the design, and the description. Size: XL To help with sizing, Ill say I have some pretty big legs from playing hockey and being athletic my whole life. I am 6' 205lbs. I purchased the XL version of the knee brace and my only complaint is that it is somewhat tight. If you are any larger than I am I would highly recommend a larger size brace. The brace itself is very well made. It provides plenty support, and the spring like metal going down the sides help with bending of the knee. The stitching is great and the fabric is comfortable, it is just slightly tight. I would definitely recommend this knee brace for anyone with knee problems. It is a great product for a great price.
