I never write reviews, but with this...I had to, and I waited awhile to give this a fair review. I've had this product about a month and a half...and it is nothing short of a miracle. I have light cream carpet, and 5 indoor pets (2 dogs and 3 cats). My husband and I work full time, so sometimes the chance for an "accident" is not out of the question. Sometimes traffic and our commute just keeps us from making it home just in time. We live on a "farm like" property with a lot of dust and dirt. This is nothing short of amazing....a miracle. I bought a new Hoover Power scrub deluxe carpet shampooer off of Amazon with this cleaner (another amazing find), used this on my traffic areas and just couldn't believe my eyes. The water was black, and my carpet looks as though it was cleaned professionally. Then, I cleaned the entire house. Amazing. I have also used this product to spot clean. Tonight was the kicker, which is the reason for my review. I came home to find that my Boston Terrier had gone potty in the house....like not a normal potty, but diarrhea...crazy diarrhea. Almost black in color, had been soaked in awhile, and literally like water. I used a wet rag first to get the nastiness off of the surface of the carpet, then used Carpet miracle. I poured a small amount into a bowl with water, poured it on the stain, and used a scrub brush. The stain is gone. Gone. And, so is the smell. It reminds me a lot of the carpet enzyme/cleaner called Rocco and Roxie which I also purchased on Amazon (another amazing product), but I like this one a bit better as it is not only an enzyme...it is an "all in one" cleaner. I've tried everything...and this is by far, THE BEST. I've used it on puke, blood, wine, urine, feces, and just plain dirty, carpet, and I'm just so happy. I actually feel at ease. It's hard having animals and being a bit of a clean freak the way that I am...and especially having light colored carpet; Terrible combination! I would love to just get rid of my carpet and put tile in, but until I have the cash, this is seriously peace of mind in a a bottle. By the way...the carpet shampooer I mentioned is also a major find for me. When used with Carpet Miracle, you can literally see the dirty water being extracted from the carpet into the clear tank. Even has a rinse setting to pull any residue that may attract future dirt. One of my best purchases ever. I will be leaving a separate review for that as well.
