Excellent compact chair.
Nice sturdy chair, surprisingly compact, great for getting around the kitchen around the island and can go pretty much everywhere in it. Leg rests are very helpful. Everything is easy to operate and the color is a nice change from the black. Seat is comfortable, although it does make me sweat, so I will get a sheepskin cushion. I won't need it for long, just maybe a few weeks, so to get such a good chair for so little money is great. I don't know how it holds up for daily use for a long time, but for $131 total, it seemed smarter than renting an old dirty one that may be big and clunky. I'm glad I picked this one. I almost picked another one for more than double the price and glad I didn't. I haven't lifted it, so can't speak about that, but I think my husband said it's not too bad. Remember when comparing the weights of these chairs to see if they're referring to the weight WITH or WITHOUT the leg rests. One that I thought was only 31.5 lbs turned out to be 46 lbs with the leg rests. This one is 47 lbs with leg rests, so it wasn't worth it to spend double just to get it one pound lighter. Easiest way to compare is to check the shipping weights because that will include all the parts in the box. Then you know which one is really lighter and you can make an informed decision. Another one I read was only 24 lbs, but people said it was kind of wobbly, so I picked sturdy over super lightweight. I weigh 172 and am 5'5" and the 18" is more than roomy enough for me, with my 43" hips. No need for the 20" one.
