I have had a plumber come out for 3 years in a row to clear out roots between my downstairs toilet and the street.....cost: $300 a crack. They gave me an estimate of $5000 to retrench. Ummm, don't think so...... I started using this product 2 years ago and have not had a problem since then, so I waited to review until I had a couple of years of data points. Hope this helps!
