I first tried Vitex + a couple of months at a point where nothing was working to balance my hormones. I've been estrogen dominant for a couple of years and have tried many products (creams & supplements) to help bring my estrogen down and progesterone up. I've kept a diary of my symptoms, weight, & products used over the course of 2yrs and this product was the turning point. Highly recommend if you're interested in going a natural route for hormone balance/replacement...personally I stay away from traditional doctors that want to use birth control pills or other manufactured hormone replacement therapies. It took a couple of months to see results, but it's worth the wait!
