Don't worry they fluff up
These pillows fluff up really nice. I bought the 20 x 20 pillows to fill 18x18 covers. They work really well for this job and really filled the cases. My husband likes to use them to propped under his arm as his plays video games and they keep their fluff. We've even used them as head pillows when laying on the couch to watch a movie and they keep their fullness.
