This oil has changed my life! I suffer from chronic EBV (Epstein Barr virus) as well as hypothyroid & adrenal fatigue. I have constant swollen lymph nodes in my jaw, neck & collarbone as well as my spleen is continually hurting & so swollen I can feel it pressing against my ribs. I've suffered with exhaustion for 20+ years & it's just continually escalated. Within the last year I finally got diagnosed with a slew of issues. My life is a never ending battle of exhaustion & also light & sound sensitivities. I cannot even tell you where I read about this oil, but I remember reading that it clears the lymph system. Looked it up on my fav oil carrier (DoTerra) & it was nearly $100. Found it here on Amazon for half that & decided to give it a try. I've also read about Plant Therapy compared to YL & DoTerra in third party testing & Plant Therapy results showed that it is true oil & not a scam. It is so legit! After only 5 days of using it, my lymph nodes are considerably smaller & I don't have to do my manual lymph drainage as often! My spleen has shrunk away from my ribs & I have ENERGY. I felt this kick in by the second day of use! Truly, this is life changing! I only use this once a day- I rub a few drops on my jaw, my neck & collarbone area- making sure to rub extra drops on any swollen areas that I feel. I also rub on my thyroid. I am not shy with the oil. I also put about 4 or 5 drops on my spleen & rub up & down. Then I cup my hands & take deep breaths in; sometimes it feels way up in my nostrils- almost a burn. But I breath deep & do this probably 10-12 times. Before this I was never into oils. But I had read about a Paleo blogger who suffers from Lyme disease & how she used a Cypress oil called Hinoki & some of her "killer" cells went up on her actual lab reports. All she was doing was breathing in the smell! That really solidified in me that essential oils aren't unicorn magic. I think Helichrysum is worth every single penny for any ailment! I hope it brings you incredible relief like it's done for me. I will update if anything changes! * update- Monolaurin supplement & Living Clay (drinking) has changed my life even more as well.
