Been having knuckle and knee soreness and some pain for a little over a year. Seemed to be getting progressively worse. Got to the point where I had to do something. Tried a few products with no noticeable results. Ready to give up and did some research which led me to this product. Decided to give it a try. After several weeks I realized that this problem was not getting worse. That was good! But still with some, but less, soreness and pain. Continued on with this product and I seem to be gaining on it. To be clear, this is not an overnight miracle drug. It takes time to undo 60 years of damage and abuse. I want to stick with it to see how much further it takes me but this formula is not cheap by any means so that may push me to another product. If it were more affordable I would definitely stick with this brand. UPDATE - decided to stick with this brand a while longer because it is working. As I continued using it my knees have become less stiff in the morning and less sore at night. Hopefully I will continue to make progress. UPDATE (11/05/2017) - knees are still getting better. I've noticed that my finger joints have gained some flexibility, mostly because I can better grip screwdriver handles and jar lids. I believe in this product and it works for me but it is not an overnight miracle cure. You have to take it regularly and consistently and over time you will see steady progress. I also do plenty of stretching / yoga.
