This is so perfect for when you live alone. I hate using my big crockpot for small meals, i'm also not a big leftover fan. This is big enough for a meal or soup for one person with two servings. It arrived in great condition I used it the day I got it and it heated up and worked just like my big crockpot. The cord is a bit short. I will probably be using this on an every other day basis to cook a meal while I'm in class. It's just the perfect size to cook one meal for one person!
