I’ve been taking these capsules for about a week now... they work!! I was having digestive problems and had recently gained a significant amount of weight due to depression. I found these at Walmart and when I tell you my waist size started shrinking, my energy is up!! They do have a strong vinegar smell, but it’s worth it. My digestive system is back on track. I never give reviews, but I had to on this product! I’m so happy I picked these up, will definitely be purchasing again. I take 1 capsule a day, 3 times a day as directed. Hope this review helps.
