I initially bought these headphones to wear as I’m going to sleep and listen to a meditation. And they’re great for that, but I found another wonderful use for them. My dog has severe anxiety with thunder and lightning and rain fireworks gunshots your name it. But I have some calming music that I play through this headband headphones on her and it seems to calm her right down. I’m ordering another one right now for me.
