Best touch controls I've ever seen on a mobile game, especially impressive considering how hectic and timing-oriented the battles are. If you like Smite this makes for the best mobile alternative. The item tree is as complex as you need it to be to customize your focus and complement the chosen characters' abilities. A few characters are slightly overpowered or cheap but stats are adjusted for balance with each update. Everything in the game can be earned or bought but there's always a constantly adjusting rotation of characters available. Spending hundreds of dollars in-game won't provide a huge advantage, except that of options, so things are fairly balanced. It's a sweet feeling running roughshod over enemies, though, and after a few wins I was hooked. My advice starting out: Know when to run.
