Not only is the bottle awesome, customer service is off the charts. They've made me a lifelong customer for what is essentially a commodity these days. I got my first 22oz bottle, filled it up to the brim and proceeded to drop it on it's head on concrete, cracking the hinge portion of the sport top (all 100% my fault, by the way) . I reached out to them via Instagram asking how to buy a new lid, and they directed me to the official service email address -- Long story short, they not only replaced my sport lid, they provided me with a whole new (14oz) bottle that matched my original 22oz. All for free! Very impressed and very satisfied with this purchase.
