Excellent resolution, poor performance. The unit failed twice. The first failure was covered under warranty and was repaired after sending it back twice. The first return I had to pay for freight. After asking the second return was paid for by GW. The unit failed again about 1 week after 1 year warranty had expired. Notified GW through Amazon and never got a response. Fortunately I am covered via my credit card extended warranty and will have it repaired or replaced. I do not recommend this unit.
