Unfortunately, I didn't carefully read the product sizing information before I ordered my gloves, and after receiving them, I realized that the ones I hadordered were too big! Information on the company and the gloves' possible uses was sent with them, so it was easy to contact them. I emailed asking how to go about trading in for a smaller size. I received a reply within 24 hours telling me that they would send the correct size immediately! Sure enough, I recieved them within a couple of days after giving them the information they needed (size & order #). Raino was very pleasant and helpful throughout the short process! I used the gloves yesterday when I had grate some cheese and they worked perfectly! They were comfortable and prevented my knuckles from getting grated! I've only had them for a few days, so I can't rate them on durability or ease of cleaning, but the material seems that it will last and all seams are well sewn! Thank you NoCry!
