He measures a full 30 inches from nose to rump, his tail ads another 10 inches of length. As you can see in the photo he's the same size as my Australian Shepherd. Must've been extra hair that just didn't get glued down. We have dogs so I used their slicker brush and the excess fur came off easy. And don't worry, there's still plenty of fur left when he's done shedding.
