For the price this topper is a great value, but it is better for a bed that already has an existing comfort top that has maybe lost some of its pillow top feel. This topper is not as thick as is perceived in the professional photos, and leaves you lying on your old mattress in your pressure points, which kind of undoes its whole purpose... Well made, super soft material, and the elastic skirt is very deep and durable! But its only about 1.25" thick from the lower pillow tops side seem to top ribbing. And the squares are more plush, but don't hold up to any weight.
