I am thrilled with this back cushion! I'm impressed with the high quality of this product and I am getting great relief from lower and mid-back pain. I intended it as a surprise for my husband to use in the car on his long, daily commute, but I liked it so much I decided to keep it for use in our home and order him another. The pillow helps me to avoid back pain from various chairs and even our couch. Here's the unexpected part. I had a fall that resulted in a broken arm and surgery. For more than three weeks, I slept in a recliner. The lumbar pillow held up to almost continuous use while I went through those early weeks following my injury. Now, I'm also using the pillow as a support under my arm when I do my rehab exercises. This pillow is holding up BEAUTIFULLY! I am very impressed! P.S.I plan to purchase another for use in the car and one to keep at work, as well. UPDATE: It is now April 2018 and the pillow has held up beautifully! I use it daily and it still offers great back support. The second one that I bought is now being used by a family member who is confined to a wheel chair. The pillow helps to support his lower back. I just can’t say enough about the quality of this product.
