My wife refuses to review this product because she says it's embarrassing but she has told me that she absolutely loves it, she feels MUCH more sanitary using this than pads or tampons alone. She uses the cup & pads and says she hasn't had one instance of leakage and it is super easy to clean. This is awkward as hell but I figured you women would want to know.
