I really like this Vit D supplement for.both my toddler and myself. I had learned that Vit D drops alone were not as good as this D/K combo because the Vit D alone can cause calcium depletion. We use this supplement to help boost immunity all year 'round. Very happy with the flavour (none!!) and my daughter takes these without issue every morning. A very good value as other brands aren't as good and are much more expensive! I will use this as our Vit D drops from now on...
