Bought it for a blackhead or cyst (about the size of a BB) on my chest that just wouldn't go away. I couldn't ever get anything out of it. Used the Salve like instructed (apply it and then put a band-aid on it for three days). I did have to do that a few times before it finally POPPED . I couldn't believe how much came out !! Did what it says it will do.
