As a first responder and a father i would recommend this. I did my research many times and talked to many nurses/doctors before I purchased this product. They all told me that it was a good product and they recommend it. The hospital uses it for majority things ranging from help preventing staff infections to fighting flu germs. While we all touch our noses and may not realize it this here is a good barrier for you and your body especially during these times. Again I recommend use this product, it has become my everyday routine when I am on shift (48 hrs) and every time I go out in tha public.
