ridiculous
Guys...guys So, i am a professional musician, spending billions of dollars on things like Nord Electro keyboards and fancy boutique pedals, vox amps, Fender Telecasters etc etc etc. I got annoyed having to lug my fancy expensive pedal board back from my workplace to home whenever i needed to track some stuff in my home studio. So, i thought I'd get a cheapo little multi effects thingy to keep at home and just simulate my real pedal board for demo/scratch recordings. I stumbled upon this pedal on Amazon, the price was right, features seemed cool. I got it. wow. it's almost awkward how good this thing sounds. i feel kinda dumb for all the cash i spent on real pedals. (I am an audio engineer as well, so I get it...analog verses digital, bla bla bla, I know) anyway, back to the pedal. emulating my "real" pedal board was easy (dynacomp, ibinez tube screamer, etc)...but the problem is, it sounds better HAHAHAH Ok, i love my real pedals, but this thing is PERFECT for adding something easy to keep in your other studio/at home etc, for recording cleaner sounds if the tape saturation noise is building up too much for you in your analog pedals, etc. I love this thing, and will probably get 3 more of them for my keyboard, and maybe even us one as a vocal effect processor hah. this thing is incredible. I do NOT understand how this much engineering brilliance can cost under 100 bucks. amazing. kudos to the Zoom team.
