Here you will learn all about the man Barack Obama describes in "Dreams of My Father" as his "mentor" when he came into his life in the 1970's. They say you really can tell a lot about a man by knowing who his friends are. As you will discover, Davis was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party who for decades toiled as a journalist, a labor activist and you guessed it--a community organizer.
