Simple to assemble. Seems to be of decent solid quality. Would definitely recommend installing shelves (I feel that at a price of almost $200 including tax it should have come with shelves) had to go to the big box orange store where they kindly cut shelving material for me (I had to do the diagonal/miter cuts myself at home, see picture: the shelves are a trapezoidal shape, the shelves fit nicely without needing to be screwed in like the directions recommend. Note that even with shelves there is room in front of he shelves to store several tall tools. See the photo that I uploaded. Overall recommend with some reservations due to price and lack of shelves.
