Works great. Took me a minute to figure out how exactly everything hooked together but I eventually got it. Belt seems very sturdy and appears that it could potentially hold a considerable amount of weight. I used a plate when doing pull-ups and the belt performed quite well. Will continue to mess with the placement around my hips a bit for better comfort but overall this is exactly what I was looking for. Will work very well! From the reviews that I read one of the critical comments mentioned something about the clips being sharp. They are, but if you are careful you have nothing to worry about. Great belt and seems to do what it was designed to do.
