2nd Mattress Is Perfect
Zinus customer support was incredible. The first mattress never expanded to the full 12 inches. They sent out a second one with no questions asked. They even had me just donate the mattress to our locale thrift store. The second mattress is just what we wanted. It is right in the middle of not too firm and not to fluffy.
