Here's what's included in the box
****UPDATE 4/23/2015: From comments I've received and current reviews, it appears this box set no longer includes the 40th edition Anniversary edition with the Flat Stanley cutout.****
This review is to let potential buyers know the contents of this collection, since at the time of my writing the product information does not state which books, or even how many books, are included.
This collection includes four books, and you can buy it for the price of just two of the books purchased separately. Here is what I received:
Flat Stanley (book #1)
Stanley in Space (book #3)
Invisible Stanley (book #4)
Stanley, Flat Again! (book #6)
Plus, the Flat Stanley Collection box, which holds all four books neatly inside.
I am docking one star because as you can see this set does not include the books in the chronological order in which they were written. The second book in the series, which is not included, is "Stanley and the Magic Lamp" and the subsequent books do make mention of Stanley's adventures in that book. (I don't miss not having book #5 "Stanley's Christmas Adventure" and don't recall it being mentioned in the other books.)
