These brushes are super soft and when I saw the FB ad for them on amazon I jumped on them right away! The purple and gold called to me I swear. purple is the color of royalty and I knew with the gold accent that these were worthy of being displayed on my vanity!. These brushes are very gorgeous and they're seriously glamorous, I think any girl would be greatful to have these as a gift. The packaging for this item is super cute and comes in a makeup pouch as an added bonus so you get the brushes and a makeup purse to keep your daily essentials in, The brushes had a light odor but all brand new brushes do so I suggest taking them out of the bag to air out a little. These brushes look and feel high end all of them have a bit of weight to them so they aren't too light. I'm very big on brushes that have a nice weight to them personally I just associate that with great quality. This item also comes with a small booklet that tells you how these brushes can be used to apply your makeup! which I find to be really cool and beginner friendly. when I first got into makeup I would buy brushes but would have to spend time on pintrest trying to find a chart that showed me what each brush was used for. so having a mini guide is very helpful and again just adds to the quality and value of this brush set because you get 15 brushes+ a makeup bag + a Makeup brush user guide you really cannot beat that for the price I am so glad I bought them and I am super excited to do my makeup with them *******UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE******* I did my makeup with them for my husbands birthday today 9/30/16 and I am absolutely in love with them! they're super soft and they blend beautifully! these brushes are my new faves. my foundation came out flawlessly! and I couldn't be happier!
