This is the best sugar substitute I've tried. I use it for making tea by the gallon, sweetening oatmeal, whipped cream, etc. It makes my tea a strange cloudy brown color but I don't care. I even served some of my tea to my mom who could not tell a difference. My main complaints are the cost and the packaging. The packaging is a zip top and is often leaking out of the bag slightly. It's hard to scoop out of the bag. I dump it into a wide mouth mason jar for storage and it's easier to scoop out of there. It's also really expensive compared to sugar and some other substitutes.
