My little robot was delivered Dec 27, 2016. It has been used about every other day. I had to re-plug a couple of time to get it to charge, no big deal. It thoroughly cleans the floor. I need to turn the music or TV up when it is in the living room as it is louder than I guess I expected but not annoyingly loud. It would be nice to have one with its own "self docking station" but for the difference in price I can just go find it after the battery is discharged and plug it in. Easy to clean. Had no idea the floors were that dirty. It will jump up onto carpets and throw rugs as long as the brushes don't get underneath the rug while the machine tries to go over the top. Wife and I both noticed a whole lot less dust throughout the house. I think that it has excellent value for the dollar. When this one wears out I will buy another. It's actually fun to watch it do its work. Nice job PureClean. I was changing the cleaning brushes on SUNDAY, Feb 12th. A little retaining clip was missing in one of the replacement brushes. I sent a request to DEAL CHASER, The seller for PureClean (on Sunday) requesting a replacement. THEY RETURNED A RESPONSE TO ME ON SUNDAY EVENING. They sent a replacement brush immediately and ask if there was any other issues that they can help me with. This is a 5 STAR for DEAL CHASER and PureClean for customer service. Thank you
