I got grease gun during the week but was not able to use until Sunday. I had an issue with the tip not wanting to remove from a wheel gate. I called the company very upset as it was my first use that Sunday even though I figured someone was calling me during the week. To my surprise, within a short period of time someone called me from their customer service department as they heard my not so happy message. Yes, I received the call on same day (Sunday). She informed me that sometimes this happens (tip getting stuck) and recommended buying a tip/coupler from LockNLube. For my troubles she send me a brand new grease pistol. I ordered the coupler while on the line with her and now I am extremely happy! I understand that products can have issues, but having a company with such level of customer service is invaluable. I would like to mention the following about the representative that called. The representative is here in the US (no issues with communication) and was a very nice person do deal with as I was still mad when I received call. I respect sellers that value our time and their products. So, yes, I extremely recommend this product not only for the product itself (grease gun) but their great customer service!
