We bought this pillow for my fiance who has suffered from 3 traumatic brain injuries the past 2 years and was unable to lay down in bed. This pillow has changed his life. He can now sleep in a regular bed as his head is propped up enough. This pillow is helping him to learn sleeping in a normal bed again, he does have pain and discomfort as it's new to him and he has to adapt but he'll get there. Without the pillow, he would have probably waited another 2 years before being able to lay down so we're very happy we got it.
