It is true that the tire came in a Schwinn box and on the side of the tire it has the brand Innova. Nothing is made in the US anymore, It is all made in China and rebranded. I don't care who made this tire. I am not a pro rider and don't plan on turning pro. I just want to get up and down the mountain with no issues or flats. I only ride on one trail, it is the Mount Wilson Toll road. The trail is about 19 miles round trip, very steep, rugged and is a 4400 ft climb/descent. Not many people on this trail so I don’t want to be stranded with a flat. The tire that I bought the last time was the Maxxis Ignitor for twice the price. On the Wilson Toll road, I got 375 miles out of the Maxxis with 3 or 4 flats. With the Schwinn/Innova tire was able to get 500 miles of use, with no flats, on the Wilson Toll road. The picture shows what the tire looks like now. I like to run my tire pressure at 24-26 psi.
