I literally use my bluetooth headsets all day long, for almost every purpose. I run and skate several times weekly, and use my headset for business calls etc. For the last several years, I have owned whatever LG's top-of-the line was at the time, the last being the LG 920, which I was very happy with until I fell asleep with it around my neck and woke up to find I had yanked it off in my sleep and broke the band. I actually repaired it with some duct tape, but it was wonky after that so I decided to look for something new. I've had this EXFIT now for a month or so, and I'm just super impressed. The sound quality is a major improvement over the LG, it is lighter weight, and has none of the bluetooth connection issues that I occasionally had with the LG. At about half the price I paid for the 920, and about 1/2 the price of the new LG 1100, I don't think you can beat this device.
