I've had this little vac 2 years now and it worked great up until a few weeks ago when the brush would spin for a few seconds and then stop. I took the entire brush head out of the bottom and cleaned it and when I put it back in it would still spin for a few seconds and then stop. I read through the reviews here and saw that a lot of other people were having the same issue and couldn't solve the problem so I was about to toss my mighty little vac away but then I took one more stab at it and FIXED THE PROBLEM! Here's what you have to do: 1) Remove the brush from the bottom. 2) VERY CAREFULLY with some sort of slim pick tool or knife (I used a hooked shaped cheese knife) remove the white end caps off the brush. Be very careful because there is a tiny white washer under them that you don't want to lose. Take the white end caps and washers totally off of the brush. 3) Get in the the crevices of the ends of the brush where you removed the white caps and clean them out -- you'll likely find a lot of hair and gross stuff. 4) Put it all back together how it was before. Boom. Done. Your mighty vac is back in business.
