I am very satisfied with this product. I chose to wait a while from the date I received it; until I had had it long enough to know it well. I'm using it as a four slice toaster more than anything else. It toasts bread very well. You can spend this much for just a toaster; so to get something this useful is a real plus. It toasts bread evenly and since you can see whats going on; it's easy to choose a setting that suits you best. I've also used it to heat frozen entree's and it does a great job of that. It even will bake the type biscuit that comes in tubes (Sorry, I can't think of another way to describe them). I love the idea of having a small appliance that works just like a oven. While I was reading other reviews before buying my own oven; I noticed some complained about this product getting to hot. And that it could even be a fire hazard. I tested this by putting a single facial tissue on the top of the oven while cooking something at 450 degrees. The case does get hot; how could it not. Absolutely nothing happened to that tissue. I wouldn't recommend storing anything plastic on top of it; but otherwise this is safe product to use. It looks good, works well, is easy to use; what more could you ask? I would recommend this to anyone as a good product. My only complaint is that the sound that the timer emits is not loud enough for me; and I have not found any way to change that. I wish they had thought to include a setting for that. But that is far from a deal breaker.
