This product is the truth. I rarely write reviews,but I had to make an exception for this product. Maca has given me extra stamina, mental clarity, clearer skin, sexual energy and reduced my overeating. Its also helped me strengthen my muscles and gain some agility. I had a groin / hip injury that ive been rehabbing for awhile. Before taking maca, id be worn out after finishing my jog and jumping rope. After taking maca for a week; ive added two laps to my jog, and I've been able to play basketball after jumping rope. Also, maca has made my hair softer and thicker. In short, if you don't try this product, you're nuts. One more thing, if you have any kind of anxiety or add ; id recommend only taking one of these pills, not two. Yes it will help relieve those symptoms, but taking two of these made me kind of jittery.
