I am a L1 CrossFit coach and have been CrossFitting for 4+ years. I bought this for our home CrossFit in our garage about 3 months ago and it's perfect. Took me about 1 hour to assemble and its a solid air bike. I looked at the Assault Bike which is about $650 more than this one - the AB is great for a commercial gym - this one is perfect for home use. Very sturdy - I am approx 185lbs and 6' tall and have no issues. There is nothing that will raise your heart rate like going 100% on this thing for 10-30 seconds. I typically use it as a warm up/cool down or for active recovery days in conjunction with my Concept 2 rower. Definitely recommend.
