I went back and forth on what size to order in these. For reference, I’m 5’4 ~ 145# ~ 34B bust 28” waist 34”. I typically wear a size 8 in pants. I bought these in white a - size 9 based on reviews and the juniors sizing. I probably could have gotten away with a 7 and will likely toss these in the drier for reshaping and to tighten them up from time to time (I typically line dry my clothing). I wasn't sure what to expect with the "butt lift" but they deliver quite the impact. The "lift" comes not from actual "lifting" or padding, but rather in the way they are cut and seamed. It's more illusion than it is actual lifting but in any case, it's very flattering. Maybe I'll convince my daughter who constantly comments on my flat bum that I've been doing more squats than I really have. They seem to be of a nice quality and I feel were worth the price. If you purchase the white ones be aware they will require a nude thong. I tried them on with sheer nude invisible line panties and those showed through.
