The apartment below has holes under their kitchen sink and mice got into my place and were having a huge party under my sofa and all over my kitchen. I could hear them at night. So gross. I have since sanitized my apartment and left three of these devices plugged in my 500 sqft apartment. The first night after I plugged them in I heard mice scream and after the second night I found two baby mice bodies on my kitchen floor between two units that faced each other. I think these are meant to be a deterrent but in this case because I had so many plugged into such a small space and the mice were young, I think it may have killed them. So far so good. No mice have returned and it's been five days since I plugged these in. I recommend people try this.
