As a former veterinary technician, we used this product to clean cats/dogs ears and sold it to the clients too. I have a golden retriever and 3 cats, and I use this ear cleaner on all of them. It's important to clean your dog's ears after they go for a swim or get their ears wet to prevent ear infections. I usually squirt a little bit into my pets' ears and then massage at the base of their ears to get the product into all the crevices and mixed around, then I use cotton balls/pads and put them in and massage at the base of the ears again to get out all the gunk. This will help prevent ear infections!
