This is my 2nd review update for this product. I luv it so much ! The reason I bought it was because of all the monstrous and painful under torture all the time with my teeth and gums ! Pain all the time because I can not afford a dentist. I got off the fluoride and switched to a pure neem than I bought the bone marrow . Immediately I noticed that the pain in my gums and teeth were reduced greatly. Now I also take natural antibiotics such as mullein for the teeth. But along with that I take three capsules in the morning and three capsules of the bone marrow in the afternoon. Big capsules but you can mix it in a drink or add it to your eggs or whatever. The benefits of taking the bone marrow itself has been glowing nice clear and firm skin, teeth and gums feel and look strong where before it was inflamed and loose, hair growth , all around energy, a sense of good balance, walking straight and muscles feeling tighter. My nails are super strong now where before they were not growing and always chipping . One of the best supplements I have ever taken especially for my teeth !!! I will keep taking this stuff as well as the beef organs and the thyroid too ! Its truly changing my lifestyle to now I can make proper decisions on my future and not feel hopeless or that my life is powerless which is a lie. I have determined to make my health a priority and do what I can as a responsible person to aid in getting it well.
