I bought this to help my hair grow because I've been stuck at the same length for probably around 8 or 10 years. I take hair, skin and nail vitamins along with a few others recommended by my doctor. I take my vitamins every single day and it's very rare that I miss them so if I'm going to have results then I should be able to tell within a few months. I started taking the collagen the day after I took the first picture which was on 3/2/16 and the second picture is from 4/3/16. In this month I've made more progress than I have in years! I'm looking forward to the next few months to see if it keeps growing! My nails are stronger and growing faster also but my hair growth has been the most noticeable since taking this collagen. I'd recommend this to anyone! I'll be back to update in a few months.
