What I liked about this product is that it is free of all of the unnatural stuff that are usually in vitamins. These are full of the good stuff Vegan, Organic ,Non GMO, Gluten Free ,Soy Free ,Dairy Free,Wheat Free, No Gelatin. Real sugar and not the artificial kind.And so many people are not getting enough Vitamin D3 and B12 Also, I have trouble swallowing pills and these are delicious chewable gummies.! Wonderful company to deal with. They answer questions promptly! Worth the Price!
