It really blows my mind how many chair manufacturers cheap out on the padding for the arm rests. All of my office chairs at work, while somewhat high end and expensive, sport plastic arm rests that absolutely dig into your elbows within a few minutes. At home, where I've attached these pads, I'm sitting in the DEVAISE Ergonomics office chair. And while the armrest padding on that chair is much better than what I'm accustomed to, it still isn't spectacular. That's where these Everlasting Comfort badboys come in. Now I will say, the installation with the velcro was a little confusing to me at first. I ended up having a LOT of extra velcro I didn't need (which the instructions say you can cut, but then if you want to throw them on a different armrest, you may not have enough length). But after a few minutes I got them on snug and they have been life-savers for my work-from-home setup where I am at my desk constantly. The gel padding is soft and supportive the whole length of the pad. You might have to experiment moving them up and down the length of your armrest to find the sweet spot for your elbows and forearms. But once you find it, you can just tighten the velcro down and you're good to go. They really do make a difference when I'm working and feel amazing when I lean back and relax. The length of velcro is enough to where you should be able to make these fit onto almost any chair setup. Not much else to say. These things are immensely valuable if you're going to be sitting in a chair for hours at a time. Highly recommended.
