I'm not a professional baker....I just get asked to bake a lot of cupcakes. When my son and his fiancé asked me to make cupcakes for their wedding, including 200 strawberry with strawberry cream cheese frosting, I almost panicked. My strawberry cream cheese icing usually turned out sticky and did not stay pretty on the cupcake. I found this product and it was amazing! I added 5 to 6 TBSP to my buttercream frosting recipe. It added flavor without the extra moisture in a block of regular cream cheese. Could not tell a difference in flavor of the frosting with powdered versus regular. It piped into the cupcakes and stayed on very well. I love this product!!
