* Update: I contacted the company and although I did not qualify for free tray replacement, they did offer me a coupon for 35% off from their $20 replacement trays. Problem is the tray will start sticking again after a month or so of use, as my second air fryer's tray had the same problem. They just need a better non-stick coating on these. Great Air fryer. It works well and its easy to use. I use the grill function and the chicken thighs come out exactly as if they came off the grill. I can put in 10-12 chicken wings or 5-6 boneless chicken thighs. It is also easily to rin 2 batches since they cook up so fast. My husband is ready to retire his BBQ. Now to the only negative point, the tray. After using this for a bit over a month, the non-stick coating is wearing off. It makes me very sad as it's such a small yet such an importsnt part of this unit. If the food sticks to it, then the unit becomes useless. I wish they had replacement trays to purchase.
