2020-10-15: UPDATE! Company definitely stands by their product. Sent me a new one, no questions asked. I submitted the warranty claim form and thought I'd hear back from them with something like "it's used, get lost", but I never heard back and a new one just showed up one day! 2020-09-25: UPDATE! Almost 2.5 years later and the topper has started to fall apart and does not hold the structure like it used to.. One part of their webpage says warranty is 5 years, another says 3. I'm not sure which, but either way it should still be covered. Also, price went from $75 to $95. I'll probably still buy another one even if they don't honor the warranty. It's still the best topper out there and I've had a good couple years of sleep on it. 2018-05-15: Best sleep ever! Only had this for a couple of nights, but slept like a baby both nights! Lavender aroma is a bit strong, but it's better than chemical smells that I read a lot about and I'm sure it will diminish over time. Taking a step back, about a week ago I bought a Serta Memory Foam topper. It didn't have the "Egg Crate" top. It was very comfortable to lay on for 5 mins, but I would get so hot on that thing I couldn't sleep even with the sheets off of me! It's like a heater built in. So, this one stays cool, even with the sheets on!
